While out on my walk this afternoon after school I was called over on the hill out front of Clare's by a couple of my students as they wanted to show me their mad sliding skils.
Without further ado .. here's some Arctic Bay kiddies sliding down the hill having the time of their lives. Oh how I wish there were adult sized GT's .... cause it sure looks like fun!
After spending six years living and teaching in the Canadian Arctic (Nunavut and Yukon), I returned to the Maritimes to work at my Alma Mater, The University of New Brunswick, as the Media Lab Supervisor with the Centre for Enhanced Teaching and Learning. At the Media Lab I help faculty and students learn how to use instructional and media technology in their classes and projects.

That looks like so much fun!!!
Watching them bail off of that GT at the end was hilarious Clare - I'm sure they got some good air as they flipped off.
Ah the good old days before my knees started acting up on me........lol
