Welcome to another episode of The Price is What??!!

I love pomegranates ... and I mean love. And they are only around during the Holiday Season, so I try to get in as many of them as I can.

We had a shipment of them arrive in at our local Northern (I'm guessing yesterday or today) and they were calling to me. So I bought some ... 4 to be exact.

Yeah, I know what you are all thinking - "Kennie, you did what??", "Dude ... what did you have to sacrifice to get those?" and "HA-ha, I'm only paying 2.99$ for those down south!".

It might surprise you how much I actually did pay for these 4 Pomwonderul fruits.

Any well educated guesses?

I don't suppose it would be fair for me to "guess" seeing as I have a half dozen in the fridge right now.

LOL - yeah, that might be considered 'local-advantage' - all I can say, it was a great buy. Probably gonna get more tomorrow if there is any left.

A great buy eh? I will go with $8 for all 4.

Is that what their supposed to look like inside...it kind of looks like it's turned...lol.

LOL - yep that's what it looks like inside. It ain't turned. All of the fruit is encased in what looks like the inside of a beehive. You just crack it open and peel out the fruit from the inside.

Do you really think there will be any left tomorrow??

I know - too many times I do that too! "I don't care / want to know how much this pineapple just cost me. I want REAL pineapple!" - But the poms up here are a steal! Cheaper than apples! Makes me happy as ever!
