Although I don't have a Turkey to cook for Thanksgiving (sigh .... no turkey-lurkey ... so no worries Mom, no calls home this year to ask how on Earth we are supposed to cook a turkey) I do have Chicken Kabobs (these come with cooking instructions) ;-)
