Weather, weather, weather

The weather here in Arctic Bay since last Saturday has been pretty windy, cool, and rainy. It's not too bad outside in the rain when not in the wind, but once that wind hits, it feels like little icicles hitting your face. And it's been foggy as hell up here. We have not had a freighter plane in for almost two weeks now, which means that the Northern is beginning to look a little bare and the last passenger plane that landed was on Friday (although, I think today's might have gotten in as it did clear up around 11:00). So good luck to all that are arriving here this weekend (which is most of our staff) - I'm hoping for good weather for y'all. And I also want good weather to hit so the mail can come in! I'm still waiting for one important box.

It also looks like we might be getting our first snow early this year. So much for my guess of September 15th, although according to the weather forecast, the snow won't be staying for long as it's going to be changing to rain as the temperatures warm up. With any luck, I'm hoping that with the snow the sun will come back and this rain will leave us for a while.

Yeah, I guess it is supposed to be cold in the Arctic Shelley ... but I'm sure not ready for it to be this cold yet! Now, I don't want the +40 degrees of the south, but, that +20 weather Tina would be nice .. or maybe something around +13 but sunny.
