Today was my weekly cookie making time (as I love to have cookies with lunch at school) .....
and this is a dummy-proof (or Kennie-proof) cookie mix too, as we all know my record for cooking things.
So what you need
1 cup of Peanut-Butter (smooth or chunky)
1 cup of White Sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp of Vanilla
1/2 bag of chocolate chips
Mix it all together in a bowl. Create small dough balls and place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Cook at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes, or until golden-brown.

lol - If I had coconut it probably would have been in there .... but I'm not too sure about peanut-butter and coconut .... hmmm... experimentation time! The kids at school will eat anything!
