Looking very Festive! Down south I used to try and ignore Christmas until a week or so before, but up here it all starts before December! I have already been listening to Christmas Music...lol
Oh, well we waited until December to start getting really festive. This weekend my housemate is going to be putting up the tree (I'll probably be outside braving the cold). I've been doing nothing but singing Christmas music in class for the last two weeks - thought it was a great way to teach the kids English :-). Love the Cards BTW.
Actually, when the lights go on sale after Christmas.. can you see if you can get me a couple strings of those LED rice lights? (like what you have in the bucket of branches outside).
The little tree has come out of it's box... looks pretty bare as most of those little glass ornaments (the snowmen and Santa's) didn't survive the trip (I just have to hot glue their heads back on).
So their heads fell off! They didn't realize where they were going, and popped when they arrived! I will watch for the rice lites, and mini decorations.
After spending six years living and teaching in the Canadian Arctic (Nunavut and Yukon), I returned to the Maritimes to work at my Alma Mater, The University of New Brunswick, as the Media Lab Supervisor with the Centre for Enhanced Teaching and Learning. At the Media Lab I help faculty and students learn how to use instructional and media technology in their classes and projects.

Have you taken your little tree out of its box yet?? We'll have to dig out more strings of lites for you to take back with you next year!
